Free Shipping – We use USPS.

All orders within the United States that weigh 15 oz or less ship for free! Standard shipping typically uses USPS ground shipping. If you need your order by a specific date, please select a priority shipping method.

ORDER PROCESSING

Most orders received before 12:00 p.m. PST, Monday through Friday, will generally ship within 1 business day. Orders received after noon will usually ship out within 2 business days. However, during the busy holiday season from Thanksgiving through Christmas, please allow an additional 2-3 days for processing.

Our offices are closed on Saturday and Sunday, so most orders received after 3:00 p.m. PST on Friday will ship out the following Monday. Exceptions may include United States National Holidays, company holidays, natural disasters, etc.

ORDER SHIPPING TIMES

We use The United States Postal Service for most domestic shipping. However, we reserve the right to change the carrier that will ship your package. Small Heritage cannot be responsible for unanticipated shipping delays caused by the carrier.
