The information, software, products and services included in or available through the Small Heritage Company’s retail websites may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. Measurements are approximate.


All prices are as you see on Small Heritage Company’s retail websites, no adjustments on previous purchases. Prices on Small Heritage Company’s retail websites are for consumer/retail purchases only, at the price stated on Small Heritage Company’s retail websites, and do not reflect wholesale pricing. Prices are subject to change without notice.


Many of our products are seasonal and may only be manufactured once and are subject to change without notice. When they sell out we may or may not manufacture more. The majority of items in our clearance section are discontinued and we may run out of stock at any given time. In the event that inventory levels were incorrect and you pay for an item that is out of stock we will refund your payment.


We reserve the right to cancel an order to anyone for any reason. If your order is canceled you will be refunded the full amount of your order.

Lost Shipments

In the event that an order does not arrive, you have 30 days from the date the order was shipped to file a claim, 45 days for international orders. To file a claim use the Contact Us form at the bottom of any page on Small Heritage Company’s retail websites.


Our jewelry may contain brass or tin alloy, copper, nickel, gold, silver, jet, copper, etc. Some people have allergies to some metals, most commonly nickel.

With respect to Cookies and Ad Servers: A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user’s hard drive containing information about the user. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site. We use cookies to store visitors’ preferences and store visitor information for checkout and site improvement purposes.
