All orders, in the United States, which has 15 Oz or less weight ship for only $5! Standard Shipping is most often USPS first class mail. If you need your order by a specific date, please select a priority method of shipping.
ORDER PROCESSING
Most orders received before 12:00 p.m. PST, Monday through Friday will generally ship within 1-2 business days. Most orders received after noon will usually ship out within 2-3 business days. However, please allow an additional 2-3 days of processing time when placing an order during the busy Thanksgiving through Christmas holiday shopping season.
Our offices are closed on Saturday and Sunday so most orders received after 3:00 p.m. PST Friday will ship out the following Tuesday. Exceptions may include United States National Holidays, company holidays, natural disasters, etc.
ORDER SHIPPING TIMES
We use both The United States Postal Service and United Parcel Service (UPS) for most domestic shipping.
We reserve the right to change the carrier which will ship your package. Small Heritage cannot be responsible for unanticipated shipper delays.
