I purchased this as a gift for my boyfriend. The cuff arrived on time and in a beautiful box. The item itself is gorgeous and just as pictured. However, we were sad in the moment, that it didn’t fit around his wrist, even though the measurements said it should. I reached out to the owner and within 8 minutes I had a response that solved the problem!!! We simply needed to follow a couple of easy steps to adjust the cuff opening correctly to his sizing, which the shop provided in their response. After following the quick solution, the cuff for and looked wonderful, just as I imagined. I would recommend the shop to anyone because of their fast problem solving, quality item, and overall experience. My boyfriend and I love his wolfs head cuff and we are looking forward to purchasing more items in the future.
